Update: Sept. 15, 2020
All in-person wellness & campus recreation facility, activities and programs are suspended until further notice as precautionary measures against COVID-19. Please check our virtural recreation page for opportunities to connect and stay active this Fall. This also includes all internal and external facility rentals, only scheduled varsity training is taking place.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update our website as necessary.

Maximize your workout
A certified Personal Trainer can design a customized plan to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
All training packages start with a consultation, where you will be able to meet your trainer and review your current fitness, history and personal goals so that they can tailor a program specifically to your needs.
To keep you successful in your quest for good health, a combination of different exercises and techniques will be used to develop a program that is just for you.

Arrange to work with a personal trainer
Step 1: Complete the online Personal Training Interest form. A response to your request will be sent to your email within 3 business days of your request.
Step 2: Complete the Personal Training Intake paperwork (these will be emailed to you):
- Personal Training Registration and Questionnaire online form
- Get Active Questionnaire form
- Read and sign facility waiver or informed consent
Step 3: Read complete list of policies
Step 4: Make payment in person at the Client Service desk.
Step 5: Respond to email sent by assigned personal trainer to set up time for consultation.
Step 6: Have your initial consultation with your trainer and begin your training.
