Xplor Recreation Account

Athletics & Campus Recreation has a new software registration system called Xplore Recreation. In order to participate in our recreation programming, or use our facilities you will first need an  Xplore Recreation account. 

How to get started

Is it your first time visiting us?

Then you are invited to set up your own Xplore Recreation account. Once you have created an account, you will need to come in person to the Campus Recreation Client Services Desk in Building E (E150), to activate your account and sign a waiver or informed consent before participating.

Did you use our facilities or programs in 2021?

Then you may already have a Xplore Recreation account and all you need to do is come in person to the Campus Recreation Client Services Desk in Building E to have it activated.

Why do we need to activate your account? 

Every time you use the facilities or participate in a Campus Recreation program you are required to scan your Campus Card. When you activate your account in person, it links your Campus Card to your Xplore Recreation account, which will allow you to scan in to activities. You will also be asked to sign a waiver or informed consent, which will be noted as complete on your account.

Once setup with an activated Xplore Recreation account you will be able to see what Campus Recreation programs are happening in real-time, as well as make online purchases like League Fees. Please note, memberships are sold in person at the Client Service Desk, E150.

 

What do you need to bring when you activate your PerfectMind account 

  1. Your UFV Campus Card. (Make sure it's not expired!)
  2. Your gym attire, because you'll be ready to use Campus Recreation facilities and programs! 


UFV Campus Recreation facilities and programs (leagues, drop-in, and fitness classes) are currently ONLY open to UFV students, employees, and alumni. Spring/Summer programs and year-round youth programing are open for public registration.

 

Registering for a program?

  1. Create an Xplore Recreation account.
    • To register a youth, the parent/guardian will need to make an account for themselves first, then “Add Family Member” under the My Info section.
  2. Once you have created an account, you be able to go see all programs under Activity Registration.
