Posting details

The Kinesiology department invites applicants for four one-year Limited Term Faculty appointments. The successful applicants will be expected to teach a total of seven (7) sections, including lectures and/or labs in the areas of introduction to kinesiology (KPE 161), basic human anatomy (KPE 170), human physiology (KPE 270), active health (KPE 103), contemporary health (KPE 160), exercise physiology (KPE 163), nutrition (KPE 260), ergonomics (KPE 435), and other areas as needed by the department.

Duties of Limited Term faculty fall within Article 18.2 (Teaching Faculty Duties) of the Collective Agreement, specifically the Teaching and Service components.


The successful applicant must have a master’s degree or equivalent (PhD preferred) in the area of Kinesiology (or a similar field), with a strong record of teaching excellence.
