The Associate Vice-President, Human Resources (AVP, HR) is a member of the senior administrative team and is responsible for providing strategic direction, vision, and transformational leadership for the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive human resources program at UFV. This includes the provision of effective human resource practices, policies, and functions in the areas of recruitment and retention, labour relations, succession planning, employee development and policy development.
