Reporting to the CIO, but residing outside of the IT Department, the Director, Business Transformation Office ("DBTO") is responsible for the identification, assessment, and coordination of business improvement activities in support of UFV's strategic direction. This includes overseeing an integrated view of a portfolio of initiatives, collaboratively determining recommendations on priority and resource allocation. The DBTO will also be responsible for managing the methodology for the full cycle of all projects, including reporting to executive project sponsors. S/he ensures the delivery of agreed-upon, university-wide business solutions through effective partnering with relevant business units, under the direction of university leadership. The DBTO will instill accountability, ensuring the consistency and quality of project outcomes.
