The Department of Psychology invites applications for a part-time, permanent appointment in Clinical Psychology to begin in August 2019. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a variety of clinical courses such as Psychopathology, Fundamentals of Clinical Psychology, Assessment, and introduction to psychology courses. A secondary specialization in counselling is an asset.
We seek applicants who share our passion for, and commitment to, excellence in undergraduate teaching in a student-centered environment: who can develop new and innovative courses; successfully integrate their scholarship or clinical experience into their teaching; and develop experiential and research opportunities for students. Ability to mentor and supervise undergraduate students is necessary.
Applicants will have a record of research productivity commensurate with their experience or demonstrated ability to establish a successful research program. The successful applicant will be expected to actively participate in departmental activities, service, events, and initiatives. A commitment to an ongoing program of professional development is required.
