UFV South Asian Studies Institute (SASI)

The South Asian Studies Institute at UFV has provided many international work study and research opportunities for students. SASI is an invaluable resource for social, cultural and economic research. As well, SASI is an important hub of information for those who have a particular interest in the relationships between India and Canada. In particular, the SASI works closely with the Centre for Canadian Studies at Panjab University in Chandigarh, India.

African Regional Office of the World Scout Bureau (ARO)

The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, and to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in a collective society

Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development

The Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development is an autonomous research institute created to promote research, publication, development, training and similar creative activities in the northwest region. It is among the 27 research institutes in the country supported by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. CRRID has supervised many UFV student research internships and partnered with faculty on rural governance research.
