If your event is a fundraiser or a donor recognition event such as a dinner or luncheon, you should call the Advancement Office team at XXX.
If the event is an alumni event such as a reunion or celebration, first call should be to the Alumni office at XXX. Even if you plan on executing the whole event within your own unit, the Events team can provide a check list and other useful resources.
