Raymond is pleased to have been able to help support and shape UFV since joining the Communications Department in 1992, seeing UFV develop from FVC to UCFV to its present incarnation. He has extensive experience in policy development, governance, and curriculum and program design, and is dedicated equally to UFV's students, clear thinking, and the clear and effective expression of ideas.

His personal interests include the detective novel, film noir, cooking, and jazz. Future interests include fuller enjoyment of same, as well as completing old projects, fishing, good scotch, and Ucluelet.
