Biography

Lynn was a nurse, working and teaching in the field of high-risk obstetrics before developing an interest in communications. While working in health care, she wrote manuals, legal reports, and educational materials which ultimately provided the inspiration for her to pursue a career in writing. She started at UFV in the Health Sciences Nursing Department in 1990 and moved to the Communications Department in 1997.

Lynn was nominated for the Bright and Shiny Award, BC Innovation Awards in Educational Technology, in 2001, for her work in online learning.
