As you are aware, the university was suddenly forced to close due to the COVID 19 pandemic and some students were not able to retrieve their belongings or artwork from hallway or studio lockers.
We are now in a position to permit students to pick up these materials. The process and day/times for pick up are noted below:
1. Students can pick up work from studios & lockers at the following times:
Wednesday Sept 2 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday Sept 3 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday Sept 8 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday Sept 9 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday Sept 15 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday Sept 16 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday Sept 17 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2. Students to email email@example.com to pre-arrange a time on one of the above days. Students must arrange their times at least one day in advance.
3. On arriving on campus, before entering the building, students are to call 604-854-4543 to announce arrival. Staff member will meet student at the entrance to Bldg C (at the ‘Do Not Be Afraid’ sign).
Students are requested to bring and wear a mask or face-covering.
Only one student is allowed in at any one time. Students must sanitize their hands when they enter the building. Students must observe physical distancing with the staff member and any other people in the hallways or studio.
4. A staff member will escort the student to the studio or locker.
Works remaining at the end of the day on Monday September 21, 2020 will be disposed of by the School.
