The professional cook program at UFV has been very informative and has enhanced my experience in this trade.  The technical part has helped me to prepare for the Red Seal Certificate test.  Also, it was exciting to taste some exotic foods, I'd not normally have tried, like EMU, Wild Boar, and Alligator.  Excellent course.

It was a great program.  I learnt a lot.  Bruce is an awesome teacher.  We got to experience different types of food like EMU, Rabbit and Alligator and lots more.  I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to make it their career.
