Create your own event in myCampusLife

Step-by-step instructions to managing events within myCampusLife

  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Search for your organization.
  3. Click on Manage Organization
  4. Click on the three horizontal lines in the left corner to open the Organization Tool Box.
  5. Select the About option.
  6. Complete the Summary and Full Description sections.


  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Open your organizations home page.
  3. Click on Manage Organization.
  4. Open the Organization Tool Box by clicking on the three vertical lines in the left corner of the page.
  5. Select the Events option.
  6. Click on the blue Create Event button.
  7. Complete all required information and submit.


  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Open your organizations home page.
  3. Click on Manage Organization.
  4. Open the Organization Tool Box by clicking on the three vertical lines in the left corner of the page.
  5. Click the Roster option.
  6. Click on the pencil beside the person’s name you would like to assign a position to.
  7. The Manage Positions box will open which shows you the positions you currently have available to assign to members.
  8. Scroll through the list and select the position you wish to assign.
  9. You will notice that some positions are greyed out, these positions are assigned by the system and not able to be changed by primary contacts.
  10. After selecting a box click the Save box.


  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Open your organizations home page
  3. Click on Manage Organization
  4. Open the Organization Tool Box by clicking on the three vertical lines in the left corner of the page
  5. Select the Roster option
  6. Once there, click on Invite People
  7. This will take you a new page where you can add people by putting in their email addresses.
  8. Click on the Email Addresses to add emails.
  9. Determine what position you’re inviting members as by clicking Invite as.
  10. If everything is correct, click Send invitations.


  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Open your organizations home page.
  3. Click on Manage Organization.
  4. Open the Organization Tool Box by clicking on the three vertical lines in the left corner of the page.
  5. Select the Roster Option.
  6. Click on Messaging.
  7. Click on Create Relay.
  8. Now fill in the form for creating a rely message.
  9. Here you can select who will receive this message by position.
  10. Selecting Member will send the message to your entire Organization OR you can individually select members as well.
  11. Create the Subject title for your email in this section.
  12. Finally, once you have filled the above, click the Generate button to create a reply email.


  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Open your organizations home page.
  3. Click on Manage Organization.
  4. Open the Organization Tool Box by clicking on the three vertical lines in the left corner of the page.
  5. Select the Documents Option.
  6. Click on Add File.
  7. Complete the required information and Save.


  1. Log into myCampusLife.
  2. Open your organizations home page.
  3. Click on Manage Organization.
  4. Open the Organization Tool Box by clicking on the three vertical lines in the left corner of the page.
  5. Select the News option.
  6. Click on Create Article.
