Book a wayfinding tour

Campus wayfinding tours are a part of your UFV Student Orientation experience! You'll get to meet other UFV students, and learn how to find your way around the UFV Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses for classes, accessibility, and supportive services.

Tour details

Please consider the following details when booking your campus tour:

  • Tours of the UFV Abbotsford (King Road) and UFV Chilliwack (Caen Avenue) campus are approximately 1.5 hours long, have the capacity for up to 12 students, and will be led by a current UFV student or staff member.
  • All UFV tours follow current PHO and University health and safety guidelines. For more information on UFV's return-to-campus plan and COVID-19 protocols, please visit UFV’s Coming to Campus webpage.
  • At this time, additional guests are not permitted to accompany students on their tour. If you have friends, family, or supporters who would like to attend a tour, please sign up for a general UFV campus tour on the Future Students website.

UFV is located in the traditional territory of the Stó:lō peoples, where Halq’améylem is spoken. The Halq’améylem word given to us for New Student Orientation (NSO) is Tl’etl’axel, which means "to invite people to gather in one community."

Visit our New Students page to learn more about the meaning behind the NSO logo, and Chantelle Trainor-Matties, the Indigenous graphic designer and UFV alum who created it.
