Born and raised in China

12 years teaching in Beijing Foreign Studies University (all levels, various Chinese courses)(Beijing China)

2 years teaching in Western Sydney University (Australia)

1 year teaching in Western Washington University (Visiting Scholar in USA)

20 years teaching in BC Canada (UFV 14 years, plus: Uvic, SFU, Langara, KPU)
