Overview
Our Audio-Visual team is responsible for providing audio-visual support for classroom and meeting room technology on campus. Audio-Visual provides the following services:
- Technical support for AV equipment issues
- Maintenance and installation of AV equipment
- AV support for on-campus events
- Consultation for AV needs for offices, classrooms, and meeting rooms
We are happy to assist employees and students with issues related to audio-visual equipment in classrooms and meeting rooms across UFV campuses. If you are experiencing a technical problem in a room, contact the IT Service Desk and advise them of the issue and your location.

Classrooms & Meeting Room Equipment: Visit the Room Bookings portal to see a list of audio-visual equipment in each classroom and meeting room across UFV campuses.
Audio-Visual Event Support: Planning an academic-related event? Request support and equipment such as speaker systems, microphones, and display carts to help make your event a success.
Equipment Reservation: Reserve audio-visual equipment such as a document projector, wireless presenter, and microphones through IT Service Desk.
Audio-Visual Consultation: Request consultation for the design, procurement, and installation of audio-visual technology.
