Presenter: Chantelle Lam, Homewood Health
Change is a fact of life, but letting go of the familiar can be challenging. When individuals understand the need for change, and are resourced to manage it, they can transition with greater ease. Participants in this session will explore strategist, frameworks, self-care tools, and resources to navigate the change process successfully.
Presenter: Dr. Anna Griffith, Hannah Celinski, and Luke Pardy, UFV
This workshop will approach the problem of navigating self-care through the framework of a Creativity Lab. This method of approaching problems is designed to promote creativity and transdisciplinary idea generation. It was developed through an interdisciplinary faculty focus group that considered how we teach creativity at UFV, which we translated into a facilitation framework that underwent multiple iterations as we tested it.
