Staples Advantage (eWay)

Our arrangement with Staples Advantage provides UFV with reliable service, immediate savings on quality products, electronic ordering/tracking and next day delivery for most items.

How to Get Started:

Apply

To access Staples Advantage, UFV Faculty and Staff will complete:

Each user who will place online orders must complete their own application. Submit the signed and authorized application to the Purchasing Division.

Note: Users must use their UFV email address as their User ID.

Attend

New users have access to the Staples Online Ordering Guide illustrating the ordering system. Users must attend a hands-on training session, the Purchasing Division will contact you to arrange a training session once your application has been approved.

Log on

Users will use their UFV email address as their User ID and will be provided with a temporary password for their first log in. Please take a moment to change your password after the initial log in.

Before submitting your order, take a moment to review the information including name, email address, quantities and units of measure, budget code and cost center. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled through eWay once they have been submitted.
