Would You Like to Present Your Research at UFV’s Annual Student MicroLecture Series?

We are accepting student applications for our annual Student MicroLecture Series, whiich will be taking place March 2012 in the Road Runner Lounge on the Abbotsford campus. Twenty students will be selected to present their research in a 3-minute talk.

This is an excellent opportunity to present research, to practice public speaking, and to put an academic talk on your resume (which is helpful for applications to graduate school programs!). Your research and your application must be supervised by a UFV faculty member. You will also be able to practice your talk with the other student presenters and with members of the UFV Research MicroLectures Committee.

Please contact Dr. Brooke Seal in the Psychologoy department if you are interested and/or for more information. To apply, you will need to fill out a one-page form about your research project (available upon request). Documentation of support by a UFV faculty member will also be required.
