LTCOM: health care management diploma Canadian Health Care Association 1983.

Dance Education Syllabus: level 3 ballet (elementary equivalent) twenty years of ballet: 1983-2003.

Al Gilbert Tap Syllabus: Grade 8 Tap .1985 to present. 

Hatha Yoga teacher training 200 hours: Open Source Yoga, Vancouver; June 2012.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga teacher training: Yoga Outreach, Vancouver; November 2012.

25 years’ experience as a community nurse case manager in Home Health.

2005-2010: Team Leader: discharge planning/ rehab ward at Chilliwack General Hospital.  2006-2007 acting manager, Home Health, Chilliwack.

1982-1993 foster mother to special needs sons.

Currently employed on a casual basis with Fraser Health; Abbotsford General Rehab.

Sessional Instructor, UFV teaching HSER 196: first year personal care course for the department of Professional studies since 2010.

Sessional Instructor, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Langley since 2013: first year personal care course for E.A. students.

Yoga instructor: gentle yoga and specialty sessions for the M.S. society and the Fraser Valley Brain Injury Association.
