Information Systems

Our Information Systems area supports and enhances the university’s essential business applications covering the financial, purchasing, human resource, student and program information requirements. 

Systems and Telecommunications

Our Systems and Telecommunications area maintains the Data Centre, servers, telecommunication equipment as well as data storage and backup.  This includes servers for data and enterprise applications and networks that support phone, data, internet and wireless access.  Our IT Security enables a secure, safe computing environment for web technologies and email services.

Instructional Technology and Client Support

Our Instructional Technology & Client Support area is the primary point of contact for IT related inquiries from students, faculty and staff through the IT Services Help Desk and eHelp Desk.  Key responsibilities also include hardware and software installations and configurations for employee workstations and instructional technologies.
