IT Service Desk - COVID-19 Response

Information Technology Services has made the decision to remove walk-in service as an entry point of support at the IT Service Desk.  The IT Service Desk will remain open, with extended hours and service as follows:

COVID-19 Extended Hours of Support
via phone, email, remote desktop control & ticketing system (walk-in service is discontinued at this time).

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm
    via phone, email, remote desktop control, ticketing system
  • Monday to Friday, 4 pm–8 pm
    via email & ticketing system only
  • Saturday & Sunday, Closed

Submit a ticket to IT Service Desk

  1. Go to itservicedesk.ufv.ca.
  2. Login.
    • Students: Use your student number and 8-12 myUFV digit password.
    • Employees: Use your UFV network username and password.
  1. Please provide your full name, student/employee number, phone number and details of your inquiry.
