UFV offers an India-Canada Studies certificate as well as a number of Indo-Canadian Studies courses to address community demand and better reflect the multicultural heritage of the Fraser Valley region.
UFV's Centre for Indo-Canadian Studies also offers a Study Tour to India. UFV students will be required to take at least 15 credits as part of this offering, which involves field study in India.
Courses with an Indo-Canadian focus are available in subjects such as History, Geography, and English, as well as Indo-Canadian Studies. Students may also find other general courses with a comparative component, such as ANTH 130 (World Religions), to be of interest. For complete details on courses see the course descriptions section.
