Business Card Form

1. To purchase your own set of 48 cards, please fill out the following form.  It is VERY important that the information you provide is accurate - so please review your application and double check for spelling errors.
2. Business cards at 48 for $5.00. Please ensure to bring exact payment in cash only to the Career Centre (Room B238 - Abbotsford Campus).  Cards are not processed until payment is received.
3. Orders received and paid for by Friday will be ready for pick up on the following Wednesday.  Please note that you will be picking up your cards at the Career Centre.
4. Remember: Alumni must go through Alumni Association to purchase business cards.
