Survey on document output technologies at UFV

UFV, in partnership with Xerox, is in the process of improving our existing document output technologies and processes. These improvements include upgrading outdated photocopier, printer, and fax technology with more effective equipment, revising work processes to minimize the amount of time you spend resolving equipment problems, and creating a continuous improvement model to prevent the aging and deterioration of equipment in the future.

We request that you complete a brief web survey to help us better understand your print, copy, fax, and scan requirements. Your input will be used to create an environment that meets your needs, is cost-effective to UFV, and will help us meet some of the targets for the Climate Action Plan. The survey is open to faculty, staff, and students.

Please complete the survey in its entirety by Friday, April 24. As an incentive, we have prizes! Enter to win a Future Shop gift certificate, dinner at The Keg, or a Starbucks gift card —all you have to do is complete the survey. (Your name will be kept confidential and will not be used in conjunction with your response. It’s just our way of saying thank you for your time!)
