Online Exam Booking

On-line exam booking form is for faculty and students, who have the permission of their instructor or institution, to book exams for UFV or other institutions/organizations.

We can accommmodate exams at the Chilliwack, Abbotsford and *Mission
(*Mission Wed. evening FVDES only)

UFV Faculty members will automatically be copied on the reply email if a student is booking the exam online. Accurate email address is required for this booking form to work. For 'External' exam bookings you can enter your own email address in the part of the form that asks for instructor email.

*We do not accept in person or telephone exam bookings. Electronic format allows us to have information in writing and accurate.

All exam requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the requested date.
