Congratulations class of 2016/17! 

You are invited to celebrate your achievements at UFV's convocation ceremonies on Tues, June 6 and Wed, June 7. 

You will be receiving a graduation information package in the mail in early May with detailed instructions.

Get involved with the UFV Alumni Association

When you graduate, you automatically become a member of the UFV Alumni Association.

You will receive an alumni membership card at convocation. 

Membership entitles you to perks and privileges. There are also opportunities to get involved and develop your professional network.

The convocation ceremony schedule is as follows:

Tues, June 6 at 9:30 am — Faculty of Applied and Technical Studies, Faculty of Access and Continuing Education
Tues, June 6 at 2:30 pm — College of Arts
Wed, June 7 at 9:30 am — Faculty of Professional Studies
Wed, June 7 at 2:30 pm — Faculty of Science, Faculty of Health Sciences  
 
You will need to arrive 1.5 hours before your ceremony start time. Find your program at ufv.ca/convocation/schedule

Invite family & friends

Feel free to invite as many friends and family members to your UFV convocation as you wish. The Abbotsford Centre, located a 33800 King Road in Abbotsford, features over 2,500 seats, which are available entirely free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis for each ceremony.

Flowers and UFV wear will be available for purchase on the concourse if your loved ones would like to mark the occasion with a gift. They can also review gift options and pre-order if they prefer.

Reserve your regalia

Pre-order your gown with Gaspards and benefit from their early bird rate. The site is available for ordering at any time 24 hours a day/7 days a week until May 18. After this deadline, you may still order regalia at the AESC on the day of your ceremony, at full cost. Cap and tassel are included in your rental fee and are yours to keep as a souvenir.
