Are you graduating this academic year?
If you are then you need to complete the
“GRADUATION REQUEST FORM”
The deadline is April 1st
If you are able to complete your courses by December,
you can submit the form anytime in the Fall.
Do it NOW, before you forget!
Get the forms from the Department Asst/Advisor, Doris Ball, Admissions and Records or you can print it off the UCFV website at www.ucfv.ca/ar/ (under forms). It will cost $25.00 for the graduation process.
What if you are not coming to the ceremony? Then you still have to complete the form, if you don’t, your records will not show your graduating status.
If you have any questions regarding graduation you can contact Student Services and they can answer any general questions you have. If your question is specific to your program requirements to graduate then you would contact the department. |
