Introductory Blackboard Learn Workshop

This workshop is for those developing or teaching either fully online or supplemental courses in Blackboard. Participants will practice on their own course shell. We will discuss design issues for online courses, including course tools and options for presenting content. We will cover communicating with students, assignments and assessment tools, including quizzes. Time permitting, participants will have a chance to ask specific questions regarding their particular courses.

Advance Blackboard Learn Workshop

This is a drop-in event, for those with basic familiarity with Blackboard, who are developing either fully online or supplemental courses in Blackboard. Participants will continue to work on their own course shell. We will cover developing learning modules, media libraries, and content pages. 

Multi-Media in Blackboard

Are you considering using images, audio, video or animation in your course? This workshop is to demonstrate some of the possibilities and resources that are available to you. Offered by the staff of ETS, we'll look at some examples and discuss how you can add media elements to create a potentially media rich online environment.
