How do I log in to Concur?

Users must create a profile on Concur in order to book travel. Please click here for more information on setting up your profile. If you have already set up your profile, log in to Concur to start your travel booking.

I've set up my profile, now what?

With your profile setup complete, you can now login to Concur to begin booking your travel, or you can contact the Direct Travel travel advisor to assist you.  Click here for more information on booking your travel.

What if I forget my username?

When you setup your profile, your UFV email address was used as your username.  If this is not the case, you can click on "Forgot your username" on the Concur website.

What if I forget my password?

On the User Login page, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the steps. The system will then email the password to your UFV email address.

What if my account gets locked or I forget my security question?
