Thinking of living on campus?
Thank you for your interest in on-campus housing at the University of the Fraser Valley for the Academic year or semester. The following is important information that we strongly recommend you to read in order to have a smooth application process.
Housing application
Please read the following How to Apply information along with the Housing Contract and Housing & Campus Living Handbook carefully prior to completing your housing application. The next step is to complete your online application on the Housing Portal and submit the $50 application fee. Please note that your application will not be processed until the $50 application fee is paid. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist is established once room reservations are full.
Important!
You MUST click the "Submit" button at the end of the application process or your application will not be submitted. On some computers, the "Submit" button isn't visible unless you scroll down to the bottom of the page. If your application has been submitted properly, you will see a confirmation message. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail [within 48 hours] that will be sent to the email address that you provided. If you do not receive these confirmations, your application has not been received and you should contact Housing Operations.
Housing Payments
You may pay your $50 application fee or any other housing payments by credit card, money order, or bank draft. We can accept credit card deposit payments by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express through the Housing Portal. Please do not send your credit card information by e-mail. We highly encourage all payments be by credit card and through our online application Housing Portal system. It is by far the easiest to manage and track for both the UFV Finance Department and the student in housing. If you do not have a valid credit card for this application process, please contact Housing Operations at housing@ufv.ca as soon as possible. We will make other arrangements for you regarding how to submit your application.
