Enjoy an informative, fun-filled day on campus

Open House lets you and your family learn about all that UFV has to offer. Information on programs at all our campuses will be available. Whether you've already applied to UFV or are still exploring your options, our Open House is the perfect opportunity for you to:

  • Ask faculty questions about programs, and discover paths you might not have considered
  • Connect with staff to learn about student support services that you can rely on as a UFV student
  • Chat with current students for first-hand insights into university life
  • Tour the campus: what better way to get excited about student life than to explore the grounds?
  • Attend a discovery session and get a taste of what it's like to study at UFV
  • Win great prizes — including UFV apparel, first-year starter packs, and more!

Experience what UFV has to offer

This event is open to all potential future students and their supporters, including parents, guardians, high school counsellors and partners, educators, and friends.

How to make the most of your Open House experience

 

Check in at the Student Union Building or SUB (Building S), pick up your welcome tote, and grab a coffee at Fair Grounds.

 

Head over to the South Gym in Building E and dive into the Info Fair. You can learn more about UFV's academic programs and student services.

 

Dive deeper at an information session or a mini lecture (see times and locations below). 

 

One-hour campus tours leave every 10 minutes from the tent in front of the SUB. You'll explore buildings, classrooms and labs, study spaces, and more.

 

Housing tours leave every 30 minutes between 11 am and 1 pm and take you through Lá:lem te Baker.

 

Visit the Application Station in Evered Hall B in the SUB where you can get help submitting your application. Apply to UFV at the station and receive a free t-shirt!
