Registrants will be notified by email and an announcement will appear on the front page of the Career Fair website. Every effort will be made to reschedule. Registrants who can participate in the new date will have their registrations transferred. Any organizations unable to participate on the new date will receive a full refund if CECE is notified by the deadline communicated with the rescheduled event information.

*We would like to invite all Career Fair organization representatives to join us for a welcome from 10:15 to 10:45 AM with booth set up as early as 9:00 AM. UFV staff and faculty are more than welcome to join and meet with employers to establish community partnerships for their academic programming.

The UFV Centre for Experiential and Career Education (CECE) aims to provide a venue where industry representatives can connect with the UFV community by raising awareness of career opportunities.

Application Process

Once registration opens, CECE will review all applications. Due to a high demand, we are unable to accommodate all interested organizations. In the best interest of our students and alumni, we strive to ensure there are organizations from a wide variety of disciplines and industries, thus your online registration does not guarantee a booth at the Career Fair.

We reserve the right to deny access and participation to any organizations. Participating organizations agree that they will represent themselves at their booth, and not share a booth with any other organization unless arrangements have been made with CECE. All participating organizations must ensure their booth is staffed for the duration of the event.

Booth location at these events must not impede or interfere with the booth space of other exhibitors at the fair. This includes any promotional activity such as handing out materials, the playing of music, and the setup of displays. Booth location is decided by CECE and is non-negotiable.

Exhibitors are expected to arrive before the scheduled start time of the event and to remain at the event until the scheduled end time.

Cancellation policy and registration fee is stated on CareerLink for an approved CareerLink employer account.
