League Registration

Winter Intramural Sport League registration OPENS November 14, 2022. 

All participants must:

  • Sign in to a Xplor Recreation (If new you can Signup and make for an account)
  • Register and pay online or in person at the Client Service Desk E150. 
  • Complete a waiver in person with a Campus Recreation staff member, if this is your first time participating.  
  • Read the information about the League Guiding Principles.

Team Registration

  • Team Captain is responsible for filling out and submitting the League Roster Registration Form 
  • Submit form to campusrec@ufv.ca or bring it in person to Client Service desk (E150) in building E. 
  • Each member of the team must register and pay. This can be done online or in person at the Client Service Desk (E150). Winter deadline is January 19, 2023. 
  • Team Captain (and alternate Captains) must completes mandatory Online Captain Quiz (this will be emailed to you). 

Individual (Free Agent) Registration

  • Register and pay. This can be done online or in person at the Client Service Desk (E150). Winter deadline is January 19, 2023. 
  • Complete mandatory Online Team Captain Quiz (this will be emailed to you).

Want to be on the same team as a friend? No problem! There is a section in on the Free Agent registration form to list your friends.

Once registration has closed an email will be sent to all individuals who have paid. The email will have the information about the league. If you are a Free Agent, you will be given information about what team you are on and who your teammate are.

Good to know info

  • Registration fee must be paid prior to January 19, 2023 or your team might not be confirmed for league play.
  • Team rosters must meet the minimum and maximum requirements. Click here to find details under each sport.
  • Teams with open spots on roster will be assigned one or more ‘Free Agents’.
  • Teams who can not field the minimum of players during a game will be forced to forfeit and take a loss.
  • Scheduling is dependent on the number of teams that register.
  • All participants must be familiar with the sport rules and guiding principles of the league.
