UFV Campus Recreation remains committed to provide you with free fitness and wellness opportunities for you to stay active while we safely keep our distance. Recognizing the role recreation and physical activity plays in the well-being of UFV students, faculty and staff, we hope these virtual recreation activities will empower you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and engage in regular exercise. Prioritizing your well-being can have a positive impact on your overall health, both physically and mentally and even your academic success.

We hope you enjoy these activities and participate when and wherever you can, you might even recognize some of your favourite fitness instructors.

If you have ideas of your own that you would like to share, we would be happy to hear from you. There are still lots of opportunities to bring your leadership skills and creative ideas to help better Campus Recreation through Co-Curricular opportunities and volunteering, even if it's from your kitchen table!

New to fitness?

Programs are open to all fitness levels. Physical activity improves your physical and mental health. Even small amounts of physical activity are good, and more is better. Participating in physical activity is very safe for MOST people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming more physically active.
