Leadership

As CFO & VP Administration, Jackie is responsible for and provides leadership to financial and administrative support services. The portfolio includes resource planning, financial services, technology and business transformation, risk and safety, facilities and physical plant, and supply chain.

Working with a dedicated and professional team of directors and staff, the division strives to be a strategic partner with units across the university to ensure UFV remains financially sustainable and that financial resources and administrative services align with the mission and strategic plans of the university. The CFO/VP Administration is responsible for ensuring reporting requirements are met within the portfolio.

Jackie is involved in the post-secondary sector at the provincial level and has served on several sector committees including chair of the BCAIU finance committee, member of the ASDT steering committee, and PSEA board member. She is also actively engaged in her community and currently serves on the board of the Abbotsford Community Foundation.

When not hard at work in the office, Jackie spends her time with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys hiking, walking dogs, yoga, and reading.
