We provide individual appointments for personal, career and academic success counselling. Sessions are offered in-person, virtually (via Zoom) or over the phone. Same-day single-session brief urgent appointments are available.
We also offer workshops and outreach events focusing on student wellness, career exploration, and study habits.
Yes. Your sessions are private and confidential. UFV does not keep counselling records in your academic or work files.
