Informal resolution procedures
Our informal complaints resolution procedures may take the form of consultations, training, facilitations, mediations, conciliations or the circle method – an Indigenous resolution procedure.
Formal resolution procedure
Our formal resolution procedure is an independent investigation of the complaint.
