The ELS program includes a range of high intermediate to advanced-level English language courses to improve reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
The EAP program includes a variety of advanced and bridge-level English language courses to prepare students for university-level studies where English is the primary language of instruction.
The University Foundation Program is designed to help students make the transition from EAP studies to university-level studies where English is the primary language of instruction. Students take specific EAP program courses and may take some university-level courses at the same time. The UFP has two levels:

When you successfully complete the University Foundation Program, you meet the English language requirement for admission into academic programs of study at UFV.
