Community Health and Social Innovation (CHASI) Hub

Community Health and Social Innovation (CHASI) Hub

UFV’s Community Health and Social Innovation Hub has been created to support the social, mental, emotional, physical, and economic health of those living in our communities. Through collaborative, multisectoral research and community engagement, the Hub acts as a key strategic health partner in the region, working to identify challenges and opportunities to improve individual and community health.

Turning knowledge into action

‌‌‌

Creating physical and virtual gathering spaces, where we can turn data into action — spaces that foster innovative thinking in the search for solutions.

‌‌‌

Creating informed, technology-driven interventions that improve access to health and social services. We support the social, mental, emotional, physical, and economic well-being of those living in our communities.

‌‌‌

Creating collaborative projects that merge research and community engagement. We work across boundaries to rapidly identify and apply innovations that improve individual and community health.
