Located at the UFV Trades & Technology Centre in Chilliwack, Rivers Dining Room is a culinary teaching lab for the UFV Culinary Arts program.

Join us for a four-course feast prepared by UFV Culinary Arts' cooks-in-training on April 1 and 2. The meal includes generous wine pairings from Whatcom Wine & Spirits. Only $39.95 (including tax). An amazing price for a delectable dinner.

Join us daily in the cafeteria at the UFV Trades Centre for lunch. (Cafeteria is open September through May each year)

We welcome the public for lunch! 

Catering

Rivers Dining Room is available for food service functions October through May on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.   

For catered functions please email your reservations to rivers@ufv.ca and Denise Fisher, our program assistant, will assist you with your catering needs.
