The Board of Governors manages the business affairs of the university, with the support of the University Secretariat. It consists of 15 members, who meet monthly, typically on Thursdays. Members do not receive any remuneration for their services, however they may be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while fulfilling their duties. The Board's priorities are mandated by the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and described in the Ministry Mandate Letter. (signed copies on file).
