Web page refresh activities
We've been busy revising, re-formatting, and re-organizing our web pages and will continue to do so as we work toward continuous improvement.
New items include:
- Products request form that allows the requestor to request products and supplies that Facilities Management maintains. Multiple items can be requested:
- Banker's boxes
- Copy paper
- Inter-campus envelopes
- Office signage
- Logo stationery
- Moving and packing supplies
- Xerox service contract supplies including:
- Waste containers
- Toner
- Fusers
- Drum cartridges
- Staples
- Xerographic modules
- Service and products list details a list of services and products
- Work request form that allows the requestor to choose one of three new work request types:
- General work request
- Baker House work request
- Event and room set-up request
- Each work request type will bring the requestor to different questions that will help the Facilities Management team better respond.
- Please select the appropriate work request type, and answer the questions carefully. Remember to provide as much detail as possible in the description field.
