Each floor includes community kitchens, study areas, and social spaces. It’s ideal for students who want a supportive, community-focused living experience close to classes and campus amenities. A great fit for first-year and international students.

At UFV Housing, you’ll have a private bedroom and share a bathroom with a suite mate. Use the Housing Portal to find one after accepting your room, signing your contract, and paying your ROAF fee. If you don’t choose by the deadline, we’ll assign one based on age, program, and lifestyle preferences.

Yes! We use gender-inclusive housing practices to match roommates. Lá:léms Ye EverGreen also has gender-inclusive shared washrooms for singles.
Lá:lem te Baker offers doubles (shared two-bedroom suites). We are happy to discuss if these room types meet your needs, but we do not offer traditional family housing.
