- 24/7 support – Our Housing staff and Security team are available around the clock to respond to emergencies, uphold Community Standards, and ensure you feel supported.
- Secure access – Controlled building entry and keycard systems keep our communities safe.
- Community standards – Our community standards foster a community where students can learn, grow and thrive because everyone enjoys a safe, supportive and enriching living experience.
- Emergency preparedness – Our buildings are equipped with fire safety systems, we conduct regular drills, and clearly communicate emergency protocols so that everyone knows what to do if something unexpected happens.
- Wellbeing resources – We work closely with Student Services to connect you with mental health support, wellness programs, and academic supports so that you can thrive both in and out of your unit.

Safety tips for students
Keeping our community safe is a shared responsibility. To help protect yourself and others, we have a few safety tips:
- Lock doors and windows whenever you leave your room.
- Report suspicious activity to Housing staff or Security immediately.
- Avoid unsafe practices, like leaving cooking unattended or allowing unauthorized guests into your building.
