Teaching Philosophy

I believe in creating an engaging, respectful, and clinically relevant learning environment. My teaching approach is to intentionally break down complex theories into understandable components and to guide students to know not only what the theory is but why it matters in practice. I link course content to clinical scenarios, professional standards, and lived patient experiences. I value a collaborative learning approach where students are active contributors to the learning process.
