Multi-Faith Services

As a British Columbia post-secondary institution located on S’olh Temexw, the territory of the Stó:lō people, UFV recognizes and respects the diversity of its community, including diversity of religious faiths and observances. UFV endeavors to provide an inclusive environment for all students.

Multi-faith prayer space in Abbotsford

Individuals looking for space on campus for prayer or quiet reflection can now access the new Multi-faith space located in room S3102 of the S Building (third floor) on the Abbotsford campus. There are three semi-private areas available, as well as items and books that can be used for prayer. The space is available from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. any day that UFV is open. We ask that folks remove their shoes when entering the space – there is a bench with shoe storage for your convenience.

Multi-faith calendar

The multi-faith calendar is published as a service to the University community for informational purposes and is not a conclusive list.

Is there a day of religious importance missing? We want to know. Please email ssfrontdesk@ufv.ca to be added to the list below.
