Real Baking for Youth Summer Camp
Cost: $370
Elevate your summer fun with Real Baking for Youth camp!
Grow your baking skills and knowledge as you learn to bake a delicious treat each day under the guidance of Red Seal Baker, Shoshowna Blair.
Campers (ages 13 - 17) will learn about kitchen safety and sanitation, how to use appliances correctly and create cookies, muffins, scones and the final pièce de résistance, a fully decorated cake by the end of the week!

This Real Baking for Youth summer camp is proudly organized in partnership with Skills Canada BC.
Through hands-on learning sessions, expert guidance, and fun challenges, this collaboration will inspire young bakers to develop valuable baking techniques while introducing them to explore career pathways in skilled trades.
