Nicole serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice-President, Administration, providing strategic leadership and direction for the university’s financial and administrative operations. She is responsible for ensuring UFV’s long-term financial sustainability, aligning resources with institutional priorities, and overseeing university-wide financial and regulatory reporting.

In her administrative portfolio, Nicole leads the university’s core support services, including safety and security, campus planning and facilities management, and human resources.

With extensive experience across post-secondary, not-for-profit, and municipal environments, Nicole brings deep institutional knowledge to her role. She has served within UFV’s Financial Services department for more than two decades, including as Associate Director from 2005 to 2017 and Director since 2017. In 2021, she was recognized with UFV’s Inspirational Leadership Award for her people-first leadership during the pandemic.
