Campus Planning is responsible for the sustainable planning and development of the university’s campuses and centres. Facilities Management strives to diligently maintain, preserve, and enhance the life and functionality of UFV’s buildings, infrastructure and grounds.
Enterprise Risk
UFV’s Enterprise Risk Management area informs decision-making regarding significant risks and opportunities for the achievement of UFV’s mission, goals, and objectives.
Human Resources
Human Resources provides a wide range of support services including HR planning, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, employee recruitment, selection and retention. The team oversees employee and labour relations, focusing on fostering positive workplace relationships, fairness and equity, and supports employee health, wellness and professional development.
Safety & Security
Safety & Security encompasses security, emergency management, and environmental health and safety for all UFV campuses. Safety & Security is committed to creating a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests.
Student Housing
Student Housing oversees all aspects of the on campus living experience at UFV, including residence operations, student support, and community development. Guided by UFV’s Student Ready Framework, the department supports student success through safe, inclusive, and well-managed housing environments.

Ancillary Services
Ancillary Services is a student-centered area of the university that provides quality products and services to support students, faculty, and staff throughout their time at UFV. The area oversees campus stores, campus card, conference services, food services, parking and print and creative services.
Budgets & Resource Planning
The Office of Budgets & Resource Planning oversees the development of a comprehensive financial plan that integrates planning across the university and allocates resources to support and achieve the objectives of the university.
Financial Services
Financial Services is responsible for managing financial activity and providing exceptional service through financial leadership, including management of banking functions, financial systems, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, research accounting, endowment accounting, and all internal and external financial reporting.
Supply Chain
UFV's Supply Chain includes procurement services and logistics services, supporting the university through purchasing, movement of materials and goods, shipping and receiving, and courier and mail services.
